A shot of the marina behind my condo in the dead of winter.  The effect is made using a Lomography preset for Lightroom.

If you’re not familiar with Lomography, it’s based on ancient (almost) Russian technology: the LOMO LC-A camera.

I shot this after watching China’s contribution to Ontario Place’s Festival of Fire–a week-long exhibition of fireworks from around the world. The shots of the fireworks turned out ok, but a longer lens would have helped. I’ll post more later.
